Smoke Stack Exhaust
The flue of the bypass system is divided Inlet duct, exit duct, chimney, etc
The Inlet duct can be divided into rectangular Inlet duct and circular Inlet duct according to customer needs.
The following is an inlet flue configuration for one of our projects
Inlet duct is installed between the Non-metallic expansion joint at the side of the GT and the diverter damper. There are two inlet duct for the bypass system this project.
For the inlet duct Ⅰ, its inlet dimension(gas path) is Φ6410mm, and its outlet dimension is 7000mm×7000mm. For the inlet duct Ⅱ, its inlet dimension is 7000mm×7000mm， and its outlet dimension is 7800mm×7800mm. Inlet duct adopt internal heat insulation structure, the liner material is stainless steel (thickness is 3mm ), the casing material is A36(thickness is 12 mm ).
The design of the steel chimney shall meet the following requirements:
1. Steel smoke should have sufficient strength and rigidity, and a certain amount of corrosion allowance should be considered for the wall thickness of the chimney.
When the height is 20~40m and the diameter is 0.2~1.0m, the wall thickness of the simplified version without lining is 4~10mm, and the thickness of the wall with lining is 4~10mm.
The wall thickness is 8~18mm.
2. When the ratio of the height to the diameter of the chimney exceeds 20, a reliable traction rope must be installed, and the rope should be along the circumference, etc.
Arrange 3~4 radians.
3. The connecting part between the smoke fontanelle and the foundation is generally made into a cone, and the thickness of the support plate is generally
20~40mm.
4. Steel smoke with inner lining, the inner lining can be supported in sections, each section is 4~6m long, and the gap between the inner lining and the simplified
20~50mm gap, and a protective ring plate should be installed on the top to cover the lining.
5. Steel chimneys should be welded stainless steel chimneys manufactured by professional factories.
