Smoke Stack Exhaust
The flue of the bypass system is divided Inlet duct, exit duct, chimney, etc
The Inlet duct can be divided into rectangular Inlet duct and circular Inlet duct according to customer needs.
The following is an inlet flue configuration for one of our projects
Inlet duct is installed between the Non-metallic expansion joint at the side of the GT and the diverter damper. There are two inlet duct for the bypass system this project.
For the inlet duct Ⅰ, its inlet dimension(gas path) is Φ6410mm, and its outlet dimension is 7000mm×7000mm. For the inlet duct Ⅱ, its inlet dimension is 7000mm×7000mm， and its outlet dimension is 7800mm×7800mm. Inlet duct adopt internal heat insulation structure, the liner material is stainless steel (thickness is 3mm ), the casing material is A36(thickness is 12 mm ).
The heating temperature of the chimney wall and foundation shall meet the following requirements:
①The maximum heating temperature of the sintered ordinary clay brick cylinder wall should not exceed 400℃;
②The heating temperature of reinforced concrete cylinder wall and foundation and plain concrete foundation should not exceed 150℃;
③The maximum heating temperature of the steel chimney wall shall comply with the relevant regulations.
6. The load and action of the chimney can be divided into the following three categories:
①Permanent load and action: structure self-weight, soil weight. Earth pressure, pulling force of the cable;
②Variable load and action
③Accidental load: rare earthquake action, cable disconnection, impact, explosion, etc.
7. The height of the chimney should meet the requirements of national pollutant discharge standards and environmental assessment at the same time.
