The Inlet duct can be divided into rectangular Inlet duct and circular Inlet duct according to customer needs.
The following is an inlet flue configuration for one of our projects
Inlet duct is installed between the Non-metallic expansion joint at the side of the GT and the diverter damper. There are two inlet duct for the bypass system this project.
For the inlet duct Ⅰ, its inlet dimension(gas path) is Φ6410mm, and its outlet dimension is 7000mm×7000mm. For the inlet duct Ⅱ, its inlet dimension is 7000mm×7000mm， and its outlet dimension is 7800mm×7800mm. Inlet duct adopt internal heat insulation structure, the liner material is stainless steel (thickness is 3mm ), the casing material is A36(thickness is 12 mm ).
The regulations on the height of the exhaust pipe in each atmospheric emission standard
1 Maximum allowable emission concentration: the limit value that the concentration of pollutants in the exhaust pipe after treatment cannot exceed any one hour;
2 The maximum allowable emission rate: the limit value that the mass of pollutants emitted in any hour in a certain height of the exhaust pipe does not exceed;
3 Unorganized emission: all smoke, productive dust and other harmful pollutants that do not leak through the chimney or exhaust system are regarded as unorganized emission;
The correct way to install the chimney in an environmentally friendly way
1. Dismantling procedure: Dismantle from the top down, first open the U-shaped opening, first open the wall with an air compressor, and then use an air pick to open the wall, then use a jack to pry it open, and then change it into small pieces with a hand hammer. The seat is thrown down, and it is slowly removed from top to bottom. There is a special person below to take care of it. No non-high-altitude operators are allowed to enter within the construction scope. The climbing operators all wear safety belts, which are fastened on the ladder to ensure safety. Because the bricks removed at high altitude are easy to splash and fall, it is necessary to set up a cover to isolate the work area in the specified area around the chimney, especially the next house close to the chimney, take safety protection measures, and extend the protective position to both sides with the chimney as the center , Do comprehensive protection, ground guards are not allowed to leave the construction site without authorization, to ensure that the removed bricks land safely.
2. Safety regulations for chimney dismantling operation: construction workers must wear safety helmets and fasten seat belts before going to work, follow the top-down dismantling procedure, strictly prohibit illegal operations, configure walkie-talkies to ensure smooth communication between the top and bottom, clean up garbage on the ground and high-altitude Demolition should be coordinated and staggered, and all high-altitude demolition work should be stopped when cleaning debris in the chimney. The dismantling personnel should always check the safety belt and use double insurance. The dismantling operators should not perform fatigue construction when they are replaced on time, and change shifts on time. In order to ensure sufficient energy for construction, cards and other recreational activities are not allowed during the rest time.
3. Safety precautions: The safety supervision department of the factory should notify the whole factory, workshop, and team staff, indicating that the chimney is being dismantled, and that entry and passage are prohibited in the restricted area on the ground. In a certain area below the chimney, according to the site conditions, a safety restricted area is set up, fenced with a safety prohibition sign, and there is a special person to take care of it, and non-construction personnel are prohibited from watching the demolition site.
1. Personnel working at heights must be checked by the medical department to be physically qualified, and trained by the Ministry of Labor to work with a certificate.
2. Safety helmets must be worn when entering the construction site, and safety helmets must be worn by climbers.
3. It is strictly forbidden to work at heights after drinking or sick.
4. Special personnel should be responsible for the lifting equipment, and it is strictly forbidden for non-lifting workers to operate.
5. During construction at night, the operating table, hoisting machine room and conveying road should be fully illuminated.
6. The voltage used for aerial work should not be greater than 36V.
7. During the construction of the chimney, an electric bell and an indicator light must be installed between the operating table at the bottom of the cylinder and the winch as a communication signal.
8. Safety ropes and limiters must be checked frequently during construction to prevent malfunction.
9. The materials on the operating table must be stacked evenly
