Bypass Stack With Lighting System
Bypass stack is self-support structure, the gas path is ID 8000mm, and it design as rainproof. The casing of stack is roll up by steel stack. each section is weld together, the liner and the insulation on the connection will be installed on site.
Stack adopt the internal heat insulation structure to protect the surface temperature no more than 60℃. Between the stack and the silencer there have a square/round gradient transition section, the flange is welding at site.
The stack is design with the CEMS port.
The data such as the inner diameter of the casing of stack and the thickness of insulation cotton are calculated by professional designers. The height of the casing of stack can be designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the owners.
The casing of stack is equipped with a lighting system, which is convenient for maintenance personnel to walk and overhaul at night. The illumination of each floor platform is calculated and designed according to the actual situation. The light source of the lighting fixture adopts the latest technology LED, and the protection level of the lamp reaches IP66, with advantages of energy saving and low failure rate.
