The flue of the bypass system is divided Inlet duct, exit duct, chimney, etc
The Inlet duct can be divided into rectangular Inlet duct and circular Inlet duct according to customer needs.
The following is an inlet flue configuration for one of our projects
Inlet duct is installed between the Non-metallic expansion joint at the side of the GT and the diverter damper. There are two inlet duct for the bypass system this project.
For the inlet duct Ⅰ, its inlet dimension(gas path) is Φ6410mm, and its outlet dimension is 7000mm×7000mm. For the inlet duct Ⅱ, its inlet dimension is 7000mm×7000mm， and its outlet dimension is 7800mm×7800mm. Inlet duct adopt internal heat insulation structure, the liner material is stainless steel (thickness is 3mm ), the casing material is A36(thickness is 12 mm ).
1. The structure of brick chimneys and reinforced concrete chimneys shall meet the following requirements:
1. The maximum height of the brick chimney should not exceed 50m.
2. The ash cleaning hole should be set up from the lower part of the smoke, and the ash cleaning hole should be tightly sealed during the operation of the boiler (it can be sealed with yellow mud bricks).
3. The bottom of the chimney should be set with an ash pit 0.5~1.0m lower than the entrance of the horizontal flue.
4. When there are two access ports for the chimney and the horizontal flue, the two interfaces should generally be set opposite to each other and separated by a partition at an angle of 450 with the horizontal flue. The part of the partition higher than the horizontal flue should not be smaller than the horizontal flue. 1/2 of the height.
5. The chimney should be provided with maintenance ladders and lightning rods.
