The Inlet duct can be divided into rectangular Inlet duct and circular Inlet duct according to customer needs.
The following is an inlet flue configuration for one of our projects
Inlet duct is installed between the Non-metallic expansion joint at the side of the GT and the diverter damper. There are two inlet duct for the bypass system this project.
For the inlet duct Ⅰ, its inlet dimension(gas path) is Φ6410mm, and its outlet dimension is 7000mm×7000mm. For the inlet duct Ⅱ, its inlet dimension is 7000mm×7000mm， and its outlet dimension is 7800mm×7800mm. Inlet duct adopt internal heat insulation structure, the liner material is stainless steel (thickness is 3mm ), the casing material is A36(thickness is 12 mm ).
The regulations on the height of the exhaust pipe in each atmospheric emission standard
1 Maximum allowable emission concentration: the limit value that the concentration of pollutants in the exhaust pipe after treatment cannot exceed any one hour;
2 The maximum allowable emission rate: the limit value that the mass of pollutants emitted in any hour in a certain height of the exhaust pipe does not exceed;
3 Unorganized emission: all smoke, productive dust and other harmful pollutants that do not leak through the chimney or exhaust system are regarded as unorganized emission;
common problem
1) Whether there are monitoring measures for enterprise exhaust emissions;
2) Whether the treatment process is reasonable, the lack of effective treatment process will lead to secondary pollution and the exhaust gas emission cannot meet the relevant regulations;
3) Whether there is enough processing capacity, if the processing capacity is insufficient, excessive discharge or direct discharge will occur;
4) Whether the treatment cost is reasonable, if it lacks economy, too high treatment cost will cause the enterprise not to operate or to operate only when it is checked due to the high cost, which is prone to the situation that the normally collected waste gas is discharged directly.
