1. The resistive muffler has the characteristics of absorbing medium and high frequency sound and simple processing and manufacturing. It is generally used for air-conditioning fans, compressors, gas turbines, blowers and other fans.
2. The resistant muffler has the characteristics of strong pertinence, significant sound absorption effect for low and medium frequencies, and no need for sound absorption materials. Generally, it can only be used for exhaust muffler of small pipes, such as exhaust muffler of automobiles, ships, and diesel engines.
3. The impedance-type muffler has the characteristics of silencing frequency bandwidth and safety. It is mainly used for muffling noise with high sound level but low frequency and wideband noise. Such as steam turbine, deaerator, expansion vessel, small displacement safety valve exhaust steam, etc.
4. The small hole type muffler has low-medium frequency broadband noise absorption performance, small hole diameter can improve the sound absorption coefficient, low porosity can increase the width of the sound absorption frequency band, and the depth of the hole plate can change the position of the resonance sound absorption peak. The small hole muffler has the advantages of tight design, wide absorption frequency, small resistance loss, high temperature resistance and long life. Generally used for venting of high-pressure equipment such as boilers and compressors.
5. The anti-spray resistance composite muffler has the advantages of wide range of muffling frequency, wide range of use, large amount of noise, high temperature and high pressure resistance, and no fear of water vapor and oil mist. It is successfully developed on the basis of the small-hole injection muffler theory of the famous Chinese acoustician Ma Dayou. It is also the latest structural exhaust muffler in China, which is generally used in power plants.
6. The through-hole blocking muffler has the advantages of smooth exhaust, high temperature resistance, and strong anti-interference. It is generally used for exhaust muffling of safety valves, exhaust valves, steam turbines and blowpipes.
