The installation direction of the muffler must be correct, and the flange connection with the duct or pipe fittings should be tight and firm. When the air-conditioning system is at a constant temperature and the requirements are high, the muffler shell should be insulated as the air duct.
After the muffler is installed, it can be checked by pulling or hanging the wire. If it does not meet the requirements, it should be trimmed.
After the muffler is installed in place, management should be strengthened and protective measures should be taken. It is strictly forbidden to fix other supports and hangers on the muffler flange and hangers.
The muffler, muffler elbow, etc. should be installed separately with supports and hangers so that the air duct does not bear its weight. The supports and hangers should be selected according to the model, specifications and structure of the building according to the national standard or design drawings.
Before installing the muffler, check whether the positions of the supports, hangers and other fixing parts are correct, and whether the embedded parts or expansion bolts are installed firmly and reliably. Supports and hangers must guarantee the load they bear.
The model and size of the muffler must meet the design requirements, and the airflow direction must be marked.
