The Inlet duct can be divided into rectangular Inlet duct and circular Inlet duct according to customer needs.
The following is an inlet flue configuration for one of our projects
Inlet duct is installed between the Non-metallic expansion joint at the side of the GT and the diverter damper. There are two inlet duct for the bypass system this project.
For the inlet duct Ⅰ, its inlet dimension(gas path) is Φ6410mm, and its outlet dimension is 7000mm×7000mm. For the inlet duct Ⅱ, its inlet dimension is 7000mm×7000mm， and its outlet dimension is 7800mm×7800mm. Inlet duct adopt internal heat insulation structure, the liner material is stainless steel (thickness is 3mm ), the casing material is A36(thickness is 12 mm ).
Design of Chimney Flue Gas Desulfurization System
The design of the flue gas system will take into account the normal operation of the system as well as the operation of emergency situations, including the situation of excessive short-term flue gas temperature changes due to sudden changes in the upstream boiler. In order to make the system run safely under emergency conditions, the design will consider the selection of materials, the rational design of equipment and flue, and an emergency spray device will be installed upstream of the flue gas heat exchanger (GGH).
