In the flue gas desulfurization (FGD) system of large thermal power generating units, the flue gas desulfurization damper door is an important equipment for the entry and exit of the desulfurization device. Each FGD desulfurization baffle system consists of inlet and outlet baffle doors, bypass baffle doors, and a common set of sealed air systems (including electric heaters). The baffle door adopts a single-axis double baffle structure with sealed air. A nickel alloy sealing sheet is arranged around each baffle blade, and the sealing air inlet on the body of the baffle door is provided with a sealing air valve, which is mechanically linked with the baffle door. When the flue gas baffle is open, the sealing damper is closed; the flue gas baffle is closed and the sealing damper is open. When the baffle door is closed, seal air is injected between the double-layer blades to achieve the purpose of effectively isolating the front and rear media.
Today we will talk about the matters needing attention when hoisting and transporting the baffle door:
1. The baffle door can only be hoisted by lifting lugs, and the baffle door should be prevented from being bent and deformed.
2. When lifting the baffle door with a large outer frame (the length of one side of the frame is greater than 8000mm as the large outer frame), special attention should be paid
To avoid permanent deformation of the channel steel of the outer frame and affect the operation of the equipment.
3. When lifting the baffle door, adjust the length of the sling, and always pay attention to ensuring even load distribution.
4. The stainless steel seal needs special protection to avoid damage when installing and welding pre-assembled joints.
5. The transportation of the baffle door is the same as the assembly. All accessories (drive device, limit switch, linkage device, etc.) should be protected from damage during single-stage transportation.
