Guillotine damper comprise of hang steel structure, drive system (electric hoist), blade plate, duct and roof door of duct. It is installed behind the diverter damper and front of non-metallic expansion joint at HRSG side .
The driving unit of the Guillotine damper is the electric hoist, which depends on the scaling of the electric hoist wire rope or sprocket to realize the rising and falling action of the Guillotine damper
According to the size and weight of the Guillotine damper, it can be designed as a single electric hoist or two electric hoists to realize the lifting and dropping action of the Guillotine damper
The control of electric hoist is designed by our professional technicians after multiple verification and combined with the actual situation, and has been used in dozens of projects, two electric hoist to achieve synchronous action and contain internal interlocking function, with high operability, stability and reliability.
