Our company, Hangzhou Hangguo General Equipment Co., Ltd., signed a contract with Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd. on March 24, 2025, for the 10 sets of 9E single-to-combined gas bypass systems for the Euphrates project in Iraq. Both parties agreed that all equipment should be delivered by the end of December, including 4 sets for the Diwaniyah project, 2 sets for the Najaf project(installed), 2 sets for the Hillah project, and 2 sets for the Karbala project.After the completion of the project renovation, it will provide a continuous and stable power supply to the Euphrates, ensuring the stability of power generation and improving the energy utilization efficiency of the gas turbine. The smooth delivery of the project equipment lays a foundation for continuing to provide bypass systems to Iraq in the future.
During the contract execution, both parties cooperated closely and communicated promptly, actively resolving various issues encountered in project design or manufacturing. They jointly participated in the final testing of the equipment before shipment. The final test results fully met the design requirements and satisfied the shipment criteria. All equipment was delivered to the customer on time, in good quality, and with guaranteed standards.
At the Najaf project site, our company's engineering representatives closely cooperated with Shanghai Electric to provide guidance on the installation of our bypass system, ensuring that it was installed in accordance with standard requirements. After the equipment installation is completed, various tests will be conducted on the bypass system to ensure that all operating parameters match the design parameters, guaranteeing stable operation of the bypass system in the future and passing the final acceptance by the client and Shanghai Electric.
