The baffle door is composed of frame, blades, sealing sheet, main shaft, bearing, shaft seal, crank connecting rod mechanism, actuator, baffle door, etc. The journal of the baffle door adopts special sealing structure and special bearings. The special sealing structure of the flue gas damper door has good sealing performance, no leakage, and high temperature resistance. The special bearing for the damper door has automatic centering and automatic compensation functions. The damper door can automatically compensate for the coaxial deviation of the front and rear axles to ensure closing The baffle flap has low resistance, no jams, and flexible rotation.
The process requirements of the flue gas damper door are as follows:
1) Each baffle door part is designed to withstand the change of flue gas temperature from 80°C to 200°C without damage, adhesion, curling or leakage. When the temperature exceeds 170°C, the FGD device is bypassed, and the high temperature flue gas (180°C) running time does not exceed 30 minutes. During this period, the baffle door can work normally.
2) Each baffle door and drive device is designed to withstand the corrosion of the environmental medium under the operating conditions.
3) The flue gas baffle door adopts double baffles, and the leakage does not exceed 1.0% under the condition of a pressure difference of 5000Pa and no airtight wind. The operation of all baffles is flexible, reliable and convenient for maintenance.
4) The net flue gas outlet damper door adopts electric double damper. Since the operating temperature of the FGD outlet is only about 50°C, the seller shall fully consider its anti-corrosion and material selection.
5) The flue gas damper door can be operated under a great pressure difference, and it is closed tightly without bending or jamming, and the damper must match the locking device in the fully open and fully closed positions. The design and location of the baffle should minimize the accumulation of dust or dust on the baffle.
6) The electric actuator is equipped with position positioning switches at both ends, two-direction rotation switches, accident handwheels and mechanical interlocks for maintenance.
7) The flue gas damper door has an open/close function. The speed of the electric actuator meets the operating requirements of power stations and induced draft fans. The speed of the electric actuator of the baffle door from fully open to fully closed is 75 seconds.
8) The complete set of double-baffle doors provided includes the frame, double-layer panels, electric actuators and all necessary seals and controls for the sealing system.
9) The installation of the flue baffle door frame is flange connection, which is tightly welded to the flue by bolts.
10) The baffle door is arranged as a horizontal spindle. The baffle shaft is made of appropriate steel, and special attention should be paid to the design of the frame, shaft and support to prevent dust from entering and deformation or degradation due to high temperature.
