The flue gas damper door is very common in the flue gas desulfurization system of my country's large and medium-sized power stations. It is a bridge between the steam boiler system and the flue gas desulfurization system, and it has played a serious division and adjacency. There are currently three typical types of flue gas damper doors that are common in the world, namely double-blind damper doors, double-sealed louver damper doors and double-blade louver damper doors.
1. Double shutter baffle door
The double-blind baffle door is a smoke baffle door formed by two shutters, and the two shutters are adjacent to each other with bearings. The sealing sheet of the double shutter baffle door is arranged around the blades, and the sealing atmosphere is allowed to enter between the two blades 100%. The design of the double shutter baffle door can effectively ensure zero leakage of the sealed gas system.
The organization of double-blind shutter doors is more complicated, and the weight and size are higher than those of double-blade shutter shutter doors. The amount of one-time investment is high and the capital is large. In the early deployment of flue gas desulfurization damper door adjustments for domestic power station units, this type of double-blind damper door was mostly controlled, but this type of flue gas damper door is rarely controlled by new construction projects.
2. Double-sealed shutter door
The double-sealed louver baffle door is a smoke baffle door formed by a single louver. Its louver only needs one blade, and a sealing sheet is arranged between the blade and the frame structure. The sealing atmosphere of the double-sealed louver baffle door can enter the sealing frame through the sealing sheet, and the heat sealing atmosphere must be 100% sealed.
3. Double-blade shutter door
The double-sealed louver baffle door is a smoke baffle door formed by a single louver. Its louver has two leaves, and the sealing atmosphere is allowed to enter between the two leaves 100%. The structure of the double-sealed louver baffle door is complicated and light in weight, and its weight is only half of that of the double louver baffle door, so the price of this kind of flue gas baffle door is lower and the economy is better.
Another benefit of the double-sealed shutter door is that it has a self-cleaning effect and is easy to handle and protect. Due to its organizational nature, the double-sealed louvered damper door is slightly lower in strength than the double louvered damper door, but it is also sufficient to be controlled in the desulfurization flue gas damper door system of domestic power plants, and is approximately subjected to the operating pressure of the flue.
