Diverter Damper With High Sealing performance
Flue gas damper is mainly used for waste heat recycling of the flue gas of gas turbine. When the waste heart enters, gas damper (in a level position) opens to let it into the boiler. When the waste heat is not required, the gas damper turns off (in a vertical position), and the gas smoke is ejected through the bypass chimney. The actuating mechanism of the flue gas damper can either activated hydraulically or electrically. Hydraulic flue gas damper: stable operation, damper screen and actuating mechanism are of impact resistance; the driving torque of damper screen and running time adopts step-less adjustment function. It can quickly turn off the damper screen in an emergency (＜30 secs); Spare parts and easy maintenance. Motor-driven flue gas damper: of easy structure and simple system and daily maintenance, with need for little floor space.
The damper is of the intermediate backbone and the doubling piece heat insulation structure (i.e.: the sandwich structure). Every heat insulation structure is installed the double-deck flexible metallic sealing fin around ; when the damper is opened or closed completely, the fixed gland on the double-deck sealing fin and the casing may form a closed ring airtight seal channel, which may play the role of sealing the flue gas.
Inside the diverter damper, the blade is rotate with the pivot, and the diverter blade directs exhaust flow to the stack or HRSG boiler by pivoting within the diverter casing.
The blade seals will contain a pressurized volume of air around the perimeter of the blade. The pressure of this volume of seal air is designed to be 500pa higher than the pressure within the exhaust gas, preventing exhaust gas from passing by the blade, and providing a 100% isolation of the exhaust gas stream.
