Hydraulic Diverter Damper
The equipment adopts the single-axis doubling piece hydraulic driver.
The drive system is connected to the output of the hydraulic actuator and creates the mechanical advantage necessary to lift and lower the blade. The drive system consists of a toggle arm-connecting rod mechanism and a torque tube (see Figure 5).
The damper adopts the doubling piece hydraulic cylinder to driver, with two oil cylinders at every side. The hydraulic system is designed two dynamic oil pumps and one manual operating pump; if necessary, the damper can be opened or closed manually; the operating time and the time to get emergency close allows the continuous stepless adjustment; the drive torque provided can achieve the stepless adjustment similarly. If the exhaust temperature from the gas turbine is over high, the water level of the steam dome is too low, the boiler is tripped or other emergency occurs, the system shall trigger the alarming device; alternatively user can select to close the damper manually. Provided that there is power supply problem inside or outside the damper control cabinet and the alarm signal is closed emergently, the system can still close the damper automatically in a short time.
The balance valve on the oil cylinder and the hydraulic lock in the hydraulic station can make the damper stay in the random middle position reliably. When operating normally, the damper starts turning till the sealing mechanism compresses tightly (this process is achieved automatically by the hydraulic system);
