HRSG Bypass Stack System
Bypass stack system has a three-way valve that discharges exhaust gas from the GT, either into the atmosphere via a by-pass stack or into a Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG). As well as high capacity, it surpasses the norm in terms of geometrical sealing, sealing pressure and closing time, while reducing maintenance and easing transportation and assembly. This new diverter also allows for a rapid transition from single cycle to combined cycle systems.
Bypass stack is self-support structure, the gas path is ID 8000mm, and it design as rainproof. The casing of stack is roll up by steel stack. each section is weld together, the liner and the insulation on the connection will be installed on site.
Stack adopt the internal heat insulation structure to protect the surface temperature no more than 60℃. Between the stack and the silencer there have a square/round gradient transition section, the flange is welding at site.The stack is design with the CEMS port.
